Big picture visionary with an eye for details

Ever since I could work, I’ve worked in roles where I have had a deep impact on my community. Over the past 15 years, I’ve explored different ways of creating change—through political organizing, AmeriCorps, nonprofit work, consulting with mission-driven organizations and companies, and getting a graduate degree in business. In 2018, I established Tricia Wright Consulting to continue creating change in my community through partnering with nonprofits and social enterprises and utilizing my business knowledge to help them grow.

As a consultant, I have partnered with dozens of organizations, spanning the nonprofit sector and including for-profit social enterprises and public sector organizations. I have helped my nonprofit clients raise over $80 million to fund their missions. Using my MBA skillset, I have helped organizations develop strategies and realistic plans to meet their goals - whether they are to achieve sustainability, start a new venture, or make headway into solving a larger social issue.

I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, relying my strong communication skills. I excel at organizing projects from start to finish, anticipating and planning for the future while listening and incorporating advice and feedback from others. My clients and colleagues value me for my strengths in facilitating inclusive conversations, asking the right questions and pushing for clarity, and providing structure and processes to move projects forward. I am a big picture thinker who also has an eye for details, allowing me to successfully set the strategy and create the process to implement it.
